Hello, I am Tanja Dodd. the principal mediator. I qualified as an accredited, legal aid, mediator in 2004 and later as a mediation supervisor. Over the years I have been involved in making in-court mediation available to clients and facilitated the Court directed Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP).
Previously, I lived in Denmark and worked as a psychologist for LEGO, focusing on resolving conflicts within the organisation and staff development. (I hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Warwick University and a Master's degree in organisational psychology from Lancaster University.)
My private mediation practice was established in 2010, with an emphasis on good client care, effectiveness and affordability. With a range of associates with whom I work on a regular basis, I provide a truly bespoke and individualised service. Professional memberships include the Family Mediation Council, National Family Mediation and Resolution.
Most people describe me as kind, patient and realistic. Client feedback is here.
I live and mediate on a working farm situated on the beautiful Wiltshire Downs and have a great love of the outdoors.
